Purpose of Position:

The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the actual vs. planned adherence of routes by making use of tracking software, pro-active communication to customers in terms of expected delivery times, resolving customer queries and driver interaction.

  • Handling delivery queries.

  • Aiding drivers.

  • Vehicle event acknowledgement and reporting.

  • Vehicle abuse management.

  • Liaise with the planning team in order to identify and improve planning.

Experience we’re looking for:
 

·        As this is an internship position, no work experience or formal qualification is required (prior work experience in the Logistics/Supply chain industry or Logistics/Transport study completion would be beneficial).

 

·        Exposure and intermediate understanding of Microsoft and relevant programs.

Experience required:
